Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Directly implement skill-building care plans while recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment by connecting with families and maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a 6-month commitment. Candidates must hold RBT certification and possess patience, compassion, and the ability to work with neurodiverse individuals. No prior experience is needed as paid training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for making a difference for children with Autism

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
