Build Better Futures Through Play (RBT) In Clinic

Work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic using play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach life skills. Encourage big and small steps daily while celebrating wins, large and small. Maintain a calm, steady presence and lead with empathy to help children develop new abilities through practice. Requires Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, one year of ABA therapy experience, and high school diploma or equivalent. Earn $22-$28/hour in a supportive clinical environment with a small, growing team of passionate BCBAs guiding your growth.
