Job Summary
Build Assurance Engineer responsible for championing health and safety, conducting site audits, validating risk assessments, and driving quality and continuous improvement across fibre-build projects in Scotland. You will work with SHEQ and Compliance teams, monitor on-site standards, support civils validation, coordinate with Streetworks/Local Authorities/Build Agents, ensure accurate invoicing for completed works, assist the Delivery Manager with project delivery and risk management, manage build governance and documentation, and survey network extensions where trained.
Required Qualifications
- NRSWA accredited
- Experience delivering large-scale fibre infrastructure projects
- Operational experience across multi-regional fibre rollouts
- Strong technical knowledge of fibre build standards
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources
- Health and safety/compliance experience
