Job Summary
Transport guests, luggage, and staff around SLS The Red Sea's resort using buggy vehicles, delivering warm, professional service, managing guest boarding/exiting, VIP movements, and coordinating with Bell Desk, Concierge, Front Office, and Valet teams; perform routine vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness and good condition of buggy vehicles; ensure compliance with hotel traffic rules and safety procedures while responding to guest transportation requests via radio, phone, or dispatch system.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driving license appropriate for buggy or light vehicle operation
- 1–3 years of experience in driving, guest transportation, or hospitality operations
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage
- Basic understanding of resort operations and guest service standards
- Knowledge of local traffic rules and safety regulations
