Job Summary
Buffet attendant responsible for setting up, maintaining, and replenishing food stations while ensuring a clean, inviting, and well-stocked dining environment; acts as liaison between kitchen and dining room to guarantee operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction; duties include opening/closing side work, arranging food line with utensils and labels, monitoring food levels and temperatures, enforcing health and safety procedures, cleaning and polishing bar equipment, greeting patrons and assisting with requests, clearing plates, resetting tables, restocking napkins and silverware, and reporting issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, and 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
