Job Summary
Welcome and seat guests, explain buffet options, and serve plated meals while recommending beverages and answering food questions. Record orders, submit them to the kitchen, and communicate replenishment needs. Sanitize work areas, clear plates, reset stations, and operate carving stations or prepare specialty desserts. Transport supplies, help prep food items, ensure proper storage, and wash dishes and silverware. Assist with restocking inventory and replenishing buffet lines. Complete required foodborne illness and allergy training, report workplace accidents, and adhere to all safety protocols and risk management procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Ability to pass SIDA Badge test
- Ability to obtain an Alaska AOA Badge
- Successfully pass an FBI fingerprint-based background check
- Complete and pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA)
- Have no outstanding warrants or be able to provide documentation of their resolution

- 6 months of customer service or relevant experience
