Job Summary
Greet guests at the buffet entrance and monitor hot and cold stations to uphold quality, sanitation, and food safety standards. Set up stations with ice, dishes, and utensils before opening, then expedite food replenishments from the kitchen while maintaining proper temperatures per State of Hawaii and EHC regulations. Clean utensils and replenish items as needed, communicating consistently with the kitchen team to ensure timely restocking. Anticipate guest needs with personalized, efficient service while adhering to LQA and EcoSure safety protocols. Work varying schedules including weekends and holidays. Requires ServSafe certification, TB clearance, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance
- Food Safety Certification or ServSafe Certification
- Identification proving authorization to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA)
- Legally eligible to work the United States
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Must be able to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
- High School diploma (or equivalent) and/or vocational training
