Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional customer service to visitors and internal guests while processing retail transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. Maintain the gift shop appearance by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays remain clean and visually appealing. Assist with visitor inquiries, recommendations, and overall guest experience support, including VIP guest visits and special events as needed. Work part-time 24-30 hours a week including evenings, weekdays, and two weekends monthly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Available to work 24-30 hours a week including evenings, weekdays, and 2 weekends a month minimum
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
