Job Summary
Greet and assist each guest as they enter the store, offering exceptional service by assessing needs and suggesting appropriate products using Core 4 scripts. Process POS purchases following cash handling policies while achieving sales goals through informing guests of rewards programs and promotions. Assist with the creation of products to maintain proper inventory levels and ensure they are made efficiently to company quality standards. Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all safety policies, cleaning, stocking, and inventory compliance practices. This part-time role requires availability for weekend shifts and includes a schedule from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, be 18 years or older, and possess the dexterity and strength to lift items up to 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Part-time position up to 30 hours per week
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
- Dexterity of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs
- Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel and crouch
