Job Summary
Oversee in-store product production, roll out regional promotions, and coordinate store equipment, inventory, staffing, and cash management. Drive sales and average transaction goals while managing business expenses, including labor and supplies. Coach the team on delivery of exceptional Guest experience using Core 4 scripts, train staff in soap production, and create orders for raw goods and PPE. Lead the team in practicing all Safety standards and maintain inventory levels to ensure they remain at par. Support and execute regional marketing initiatives, including community-based marketing events, while fostering a positive, inclusive store culture. Flexible work schedule of 40-50 hours per week across multiple units in Pickerington and Easton, OH, with open, close, weekends, and some holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible work schedule, 40-50 hrs/wk; open, close, weekends and some holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
- Dexterity of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs
- Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Ability to perform store cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Experience as the team leader, with preference in retail or food service
