Job Summary
Conduct 100% of vehicle prep, loading, and safety inspections while guiding guests through the car wash tunnel. Operate tunnel equipment, use bug prep guns, and remove mud from wheel wells. Perform nightly close-down checklists, vacuum service processes, and facility cleaning including walls, trenches, and lots. Engage guests using the 4 Steps of Service, inform them about memberships, and handle tunnel incidents effectively. Complete daily shift reports, attend mandatory training sessions and meetings, and adhere to all safety standards and company policies. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
