Job Summary
Create intentional customer experiences by building authentic relationships and curating elevated shopping journeys. Drive sales by educating customers on the brand and products while achieving business metrics. Manage inventory and practice proper section ownership to ensure access to the right stock. Support store architecture tasks, adhere to operational standards, and maintain compliance with all legislative requirements. Complete assigned duties from Store Leaders and stay current on company communications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Minimum age 19 years old
- Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
- Must be flexible with hours of work
- Comfortable with ever changing duties
- Can Sell certification
- Criminal background check
