Job Summary
Budtender (Part-Time) in Las Vegas, NV: Delivers an outstanding customer experience by greeting patients and customers, educating them about cannabis products, guiding product selection, processing orders and payments via POS with high accuracy, and maintaining a clean, compliant, and professional dispensary environment. May support other departments (administration, packaging) and assist with restocking and daily operational needs to ensure smooth store operations. Requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and Arizona state Facility Agent Card eligibility. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of retail or customer-service experience preferred and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Arizona state regulations
- 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Working knowledge of medical cannabis and its consumption methods
- Familiarity with Arizona cannabis products and transaction limits
- Understanding of state cannabis regulations and dispensary compliance protocols
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic software programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
