Job Summary
Budtender position at a Cannabis Dispensary in Ridgefield, WA. Responsibilities include processing cash transactions and receipts, operating a Point-of-Sale system, handling refunds and exchanges, updating digital menus, managing inventory, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, greeting and educating customers on cannabis products and strains, verifying identification and legal age, staying informed on products and cannabis laws, and coordinating with management to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year of retail experience (cannabis budtending experience preferred)
- Experience with a point-of-sale system and processing cash transactions preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Pre-employment background screening requirements including state/tribal checks
- Adherence to tribal rules and vaccination/PPE policies
