Job Summary
Budtender PT at PharmaCann responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience in a cannabis retail setting. The role focuses on hospitality, product knowledge, and compliant operations while driving sales and meeting KPI goals. Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering questions about cannabis products and usage, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and regulatory awareness, executing POS transactions accurately, upholding safety and dispensary protocols, and contributing to visual merchandising and inventory tasks. Requires flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and may involve various duties such as call center, outreach, or security as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures
- Intermediate-level math skills
- Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer-based skills
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
- Business-minded personality
- Self-motivated and ethical demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check
