Job Summary
Maintain patient medication safety by safeguarding confidential information, verifying preparation, labeling, and order entries, and ensuring accurate seed-to-sale software input. Assist customers with the full dispensation process, including setup and finalization, while educating them on proper product use and storage. Manage cash register accountability, complete opening and closing procedures, and respond to all patient communication platforms. Troubleshoot product usage issues and ensure compliance with state regulations under pharmacist supervision. Maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment and attend staff meetings and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Flexible availability including but not limited to weekends and evenings
