Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer expert product insights, and educate shoppers on cannabis advantages and safe consumption methods. Maintain store displays, process cash transactions, and ensure full compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with team members and support management with daily operations and checkouts. Perform duties as assigned by the Management Team to support a cohesive environment. This role requires a valid New Mexico Food Handler License, ability to lift 25 lbs, and availability for 7-day shifts from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Mexico Food Handler License
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Must be able to work 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 11:45 pm
- Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
