Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and educate shoppers on cannabis usage and safety. Maintain store displays, process cash transactions, and ensure strict compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with the team to support management with checkouts and other assigned duties. This full-time role at EveryDay Weed in Sunland Park requires a valid New Mexico Food Handler License, 21+ years of age, and ability to lift 25 lbs. You will work seven days a week from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm, earning $13.00/hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Mexico Food Handler License
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Must be able to work 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 11:45 pm
- Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
