Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and educate shoppers on cannabis advantages and safe consumption methods. Maintain neat store environments, organize displays, and process cash transactions using the point-of-sale system while adhering to all state and local regulations. Collaborate with team members to support management activities and embrace additional duties as assigned. Work part-time hours seven days a week from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm, lifting up to 25 lbs. daily.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
