Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and educate shoppers on cannabis usage and safety. Maintain store displays, manage cash transactions, and ensure full compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with the team to support management activities and uphold a positive, customer-centric atmosphere. This part-time role at our Starbuds location in Pueblo West, CO, requires availability for 7-day shifts from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stores are open 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 11:45 pm (varying by location), nights, weekends & holidays
- The schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
