Job Summary
Extend a warm welcome to customers, offer expert product recommendations, and educate shoppers on safe consumption methods. Maintain a neat store environment, manage cash transactions, and ensure full compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with the team to support management activities and embrace additional duties as assigned. This part-time role at our Livwell location in Buckley requires a MED badge, ability to lift 25 lbs, and availability for 7-day shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
