Job Summary
Greet patients, advise on suitable cannabis products based on needs and budgets, and educate on safe use. Process payments using the POS system, verify identification, and correctly weigh, package, and label products. Keep the store clean, take inventory to ensure adequate stock, and complete assigned opening and closing tasks. Maintain compliance with company and state policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. This part-time role supports the dispensary's patient experience and product availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space
