Job Summary
Greet patients, advise them on suitable cannabis products based on their needs and budgets, and educate them on safe usage. Process payments using the Point of Sale system, verify identification documents for legal age, and correctly weigh, package, and label products. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and adequately stocked by taking regular inventory, while adhering to all company and state policies and procedures. Complete assigned opening and closing tasks and stay abreast of new industry trends and product launches.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Work well with other team members
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
