Job Summary
Greet patients, advise them on suitable cannabis products based on their needs and budget, and educate them on safe usage. Process payments using the Point of Sale system, verify identification documents, and correctly weigh, package, and label products. Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and complete assigned opening and closing tasks while adhering to company and state policies. Ensure the sales floor remains well-stocked and organized. Perform other duties as assigned. This part-time role supports our diverse, inclusive team in delivering a wonderful patient experience within a retail dispensary setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
