Budtender (Part-Time)

Provide knowledgeable guidance and personalized product explanations to customers while resolving inquiries immediately and escalating unresolved concerns to management. Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with state policies. Meet sales targets by following the customer experience selling cycle and assist management in ensuring regulatory compliance and store operations. Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe environment while fostering an inclusive, respectful atmosphere. Work nights and weekends to meet retail schedule requirements.
