Job Summary
Educate and safely deliver medication to medical cannabis patients while assisting them through the dispensary process. Maintain an organized workflow by verifying preparation, labeling, and order entries, and comply with all state laws and regulations. Train team members on cannabis-based medicines, educate patients on proper use and storage, and help determine treatment courses under pharmacist supervision. Manage cash register accountability, complete opening/closing procedures, and utilize computer systems for patient communication and home deliveries. Review and approve online orders via the eCommerce platform, assist with incoming shipments, and maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to infection-control standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Proficiency with MS Office
- At least 21 years of age
- Weekend and evening availability
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
