Job Summary
Budtender role in Moorhead, MN supporting patient medication dispensing and customer service within a cannabis dispensary. Responsibilities include assisting customers with cannabis product selection, preparing, labeling, and dispensing medications under regulatory guidance, managing cash drawer, entering and verifying patient and provider information in seed-to-sale software, maintaining compliance under supervision of a licensed pharmacist, participating in recordkeeping and state reporting, and educating patients on proper use and storage of cannabis products. Requires strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, teamwork and independent work, and flexible weekend/evening availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in a retail environment
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexible weekend and evening availability
