Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and educate shoppers on cannabis advantages and safe consumption methods. Maintain store displays, process cash transactions, and ensure full compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with the team to support management activities and uphold a positive, customer-centric atmosphere. This role requires a MED badge, 21+ years of age, and ability to lift 25 lbs. Schedule varies across seven days from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
