Job Summary
Greet patients, advise on suitable cannabis products based on needs and preferences, and educate clients on safe usage. Process payments using the Point of Sale system, correctly weigh, package, and label products, and verify identification to ensure legal age. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and adequately stocked by taking regular inventory and completing assigned opening and closing tasks. Maintain strict compliance with company and state policies and procedures while staying abreast of new products and industry trends. Full-time role requiring prolonged standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and a background check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
