Job Summary
Greet customers promptly with a friendly tone, ask discovery questions about desired effects and budget, and provide accurate product information tailored to their needs. Maintain working knowledge of core categories, effects, and promotions while connecting recommendations to customer requirements without making medical claims. Operate the cash register accurately, handle transactions with care, and keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained by partnering with coworkers. Communicate clearly with teammates regarding coverage, inventory, and concerns, bringing solutions directly to leadership when situations exceed your authority. Participate in required trainings and store events to support the community. This part-time role involves evening shifts from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, with a pay range of $24.50-$26.50 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts of up to 8 hours
- Must be available for evening shifts (approx. 3:30 PM–12:00 AM)
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for holidays
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
