Budget Management Controller responsible for managing financial targets set by Digital and Finance, driving workload planning and forecasting, consolidating governance and reporting, ensuring timely planning and meaningful reporting, and driving performance improvement. Responsibilities include analyzing performance against budgets, maintaining product TCO traceability over time, coordinating mitigation actions for management decisions, and working with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote/hybrid Airbus environment. Requires a degree in Finance/Business-related field and 2-3 years of financial controlling experience; strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and effective communication in English; additional European language skills are a plus. Emphasizes Airbus values and the hybrid work model in Coimbra, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related areas
- 2-3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or related areas
- Ability to deliver recurring financial pictures with full accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to switch between high-level and detailed views
- Proactive in proposing improvement solutions and driving performance management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly in a remote work context
- English proficiency; French/German/Spanish a plus
