Job Summary
Budget Analyst SME responsible for leading development, execution, and monitoring of budgets aligned with IC priorities, supporting NIP budgeting, and producing budget analyses, CBJB inputs, and talking points for interagency forums; requires TS/SCI w/poly, a relevant bachelor’s degree (or master’s with extensive experience), and extensive government budgeting experience within the Intelligence Community.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
- A minimum of 7-10 years working in government budgeting of which 3-5 years must be within the Intelligence Community
- Proven expertise of government budget formulation activities and IPPBE familiarity
