Job Summary
Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school while creating a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children. Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff throughout the route. Operate Monday through Friday from 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm, working an average of 20 hours per week during the school year. Utilize the provided safety technology system, including forward-facing cameras and telematics devices, to support accident response and reinforce safe driving behaviors. Own a four-door vehicle in good condition with current insurance and a valid driver's license. Complete the comprehensive onboarding process, which includes fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
Required Qualifications
- Be designated as a W2 employee
- Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays
- You are at least 21 years old
- valid driver's license
- safe driving record
- current and valid car insurance
- accompanying vehicle registration
- at least 3 years of legal driving experience
- own a four-door vehicle in good condition
- smartphone
- able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection
- read, write and speak English at a proficient level
