Job Summary
Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school, creating a positive, kind, and welcoming environment while communicating consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff. Operate a four-door vehicle equipped with safety technology, including a forward-facing camera and telematics device, during weekday shifts from Monday through Friday, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm. Complete a comprehensive onboarding process involving BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection, maintaining a safe driving record and proficient English skills. Earn above-average wages paid per route with potential bonuses for distance and duration, supported by paid training and a friendly office staff. Summertime offers relief, though summer school route offerings may occur.
Required Qualifications
- Part-time employment status
- Average 20 hours per week during the school year
- W2 employee classification
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Current and valid car insurance
- Accompanying vehicle registration
- At least 3 years of legal driving experience
- Ownership of a four-door vehicle in good condition
- Ownership of a smartphone
- Ability to pass a comprehensive onboarding process including BCI and FBI fingerprinting
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a 19-point vehicle inspection
- Ability to read English at a proficient level
- Ability to write English at a proficient level
