Job Summary
Conduct personalized book consultations, recommend titles across genres, and manage inventory for a bookshop. Design inspiring book displays with attention to color, theme, and structure while monitoring new releases to keep the assortment current. Operate digital tools including ordering systems, stock management, and self-scanning, and advise customers on e-reading and digital services. Collaborate regularly with the team to support various operational areas and take responsibility for daily tasks. Work part-time (20 hours) with flexibility to contribute creative ideas for events and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Buchhandel oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen in der Buch- oder Verlagsbranche
- Begeisterung für Bücher und Menschen
- Ein Auge fürs Detail und Sinn für Gestaltung
- Freude an digitalen Medien und neuen Entwicklungen
