Job Summary
Manage debtor and creditor follow-ups, bank entries, and general ledger maintenance while processing expense and credit card reconciliations. Prepare VAT reports for domestic and international transactions, support year-end closing and tax filings, and handle invoicing for project services. Assist with personnel administration and payroll processing, serving as the primary contact for finance and HR inquiries. Requires KV apprenticeship, multiple years of accounting experience, and C1 German proficiency. Full-time role in Steinhausen with flexible working hours and benefits including additional social security contributions.

- KV-Lehre EFZ
- mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in einer Buchhaltungsabteilung
- Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiterin Rechnungswesen

- Zuverlässige, speditive sowie exakte Arbeitsweise

- Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch C1
