Job Summary
Conduct independent financial accounting for debtors, creditors, and asset accounts while managing payment traffic and payroll processing via DATEV LODAS. Support annual financial statements and communicate with health insurance funds, tax offices, and social security agencies. Perform general administrative and commercial tasks within the office environment. Requires a commercial qualification, multiple years of accounting experience, and mandatory expertise in DATEV programs. Full-time position in Berlin Mahlsdorf with a market-appropriate salary, 30 days of vacation, and benefits including a company car, parking space, and job ticket.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Bürokauffrau/-mann, Steuerfachangestellte/r) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte und aktuelle Kenntnisse in DATEV-Programmen (insbesondere DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen und DATEV LODAS)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strukturierte, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
