Job Summary
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage liquidity, and record special operating assets. Ensure smooth debtor and creditor accounting via DATEV, process payroll and salary calculations, and oversee daily operations including time management in timeCard, insurance handling, and cash book entries. Collaborate closely with the finance lead to define task areas, integrate apprentices into relevant duties, and generate reports for management while actively contributing to process optimization. Work part-time (30h) or full-time (40h) starting immediately in Nagold.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder ein kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
