Job Summary
Conduct ongoing financial accounting for receivables, payables, and asset accounts while preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB. Manage payment traffic and debt collection, process advance tax declarations, and generate business analysis reports. Support budget planning, forecast creation, and process optimization to ensure legal compliance. Serve as the primary contact for internal departments regarding all accounting inquiries. Requires multiple years of experience, strong German language skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time position with benefits including employee participation, company vehicles, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
