Job Summary
Lead program management for an automotive project from definition to production launch, ensuring project profitability and adherence to budget. Manage the total development budget and cash-flow, deliver a non-event launch, and represent the customer in project objectives. Coordinate core team members across departments, apply OPTIMAP/IS tools, ensure EHS and quality requirements, and manage customer deliverables including APQP/PPAP artifacts. Drive cross-functional collaboration, develop and track KPIs, and communicate status to stakeholders while identifying risks and opportunities to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- University Engineering or Business Degree
- 8-12 years’ experience in Automotive industry – commercial, industrial or engineering background
