BU PROGRAM MANAGER -

Lead and manage the OPTIMAP program as a BU PROGRAM MANAGER in Pune, India. Own the project plan and total development budget aligned with the Customer Statement Of Work, drive core team work packages, consolidate and validate planning, oversee profitability and targets (development hours, PRU, investments, cash-flow, costs of non quality), and report to senior leaders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives, manage deviations from the plan, organize project meetings and reviews, prepare gateway reports, and drive risk identification and mitigation. Ensure adherence to department standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure customer deliverables (APQP/PPAP/PSW) are cascaded and managed through the project team. Manage scope changes, budget updates, resource needs, and ensure safe and compliant project execution, with regular progress updates to program and plant directors as well as the sales director.
