Job Summary
BU Operations Staff (Fixed-Term Employee) in Tokyo working to support DePuy Synthes’ sales and education activities. The role involves coordinating materials and supplies, handling various administrative tasks needed for sales activities, managing data and reports in CRM/ERP systems, supporting events and projects, and facilitating communications with customers and distributors. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data entry and updates in internal systems, and driving operational efficiency and standardization. Strong emphasis on communication, accuracy, speed, and compliance within a healthcare/medical devices environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales support or sales operations/administrative roles
- Experience with project work or process-improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and internal/external coordination skills
- Proficiency in basic PC tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Data management and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP or similar business systems (CRM and ERP familiarity preferred)
- Healthcare industry or medical devices knowledge (preferred)
- Compliance knowledge (HCC or related) (preferred)
- Teamwork and collaboration mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
