BU Lead Enzyme Therapies, Germany

Lead and develop BioMarin's German Enzyme Therapies marketing and sales team; define and execute the commercial strategy for the Germany franchise, translating global/EUCAN plans into a localised revenue and patient-access plan. Manage the budget, partner with the Global Enzyme Therapies BU on brand planning and lifecycle priorities, and align with EUCAN leadership on subregional plans. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Patient Advocacy, and Commercial Operations; spend time in the field engaging with customers and key opinion leaders to represent the customer voice. Build and maintain relationships with payers, centers of excellence, and patient communities; ensure activities comply with BioMarin policies and industry codes; demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills in a matrix environment.
