Job Summary
Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator responsible for delivering HSE programs in a Mondelez manufacturing facility or related areas, defining and reviewing standards and legislation, ensuring compliance, and supporting project development and change management. The role encompasses risk assessments, training and mentoring to build a safety-conscious culture, coordinating budget for HSE initiatives, and maintaining regulatory requirements with internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes leadership in HSE practices, capability development for Safety specialists, and alignment with government/community regulations to minimize accidents and asset losses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Health, Safety and Environment Practitioner preferably within a manufacturing or commercial environment
- Demonstrated experience managing a team
- Change management experience
- Project management experience
- Health and Safety audit experience
