Job Summary
Own Haleon's global SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and ERP technical capability by defining strategy, establishing governance, and operating the platform architecture. Build and lead the ERP technical BTP as a strategic enterprise capability, enabling innovation, integration, and business process transformation across the SAP estate. Practice leadership by maturing the Center of Excellence, defining service catalogues, and managing internal teams, providers, and partners. Ensure operational excellence, security, and compliance while driving adoption of services like Integration Suite and HANA Cloud. Manage stakeholder relationships with senior technology leaders and influence adoption across business and IT functions.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP/ERP technology leadership experience
- deep expertise in cloud, RISE and Microsoft hyperscaler based platform strategy and operations
- Proven experience establishing and leading SAP BTP or equivalent cloud platform practices
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, governance, security, and operations
- Experience with SAP RISE, S/4HANA, Integration Suite, SAP Build Zone, HANA Cloud, Cloud ALM, and SAP extensibility frameworks
- Possess strong technical architecture, implementation, subject matter expertise across SAP products
- Experience defining platform operating models, FinOps, service management, and governance frameworks
- Strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated success leading global teams in large, complex enterprise environments
- Experience driving large-scale SAP transformation and cloud modernization programs
- Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms, enterprise integration, data platforms, and AI services
