Job Summary
Maintain, monitor, and support servers, storage, virtual environments, cloud platforms, and backup infrastructure while ensuring system security, integrity, and performance. Deploy new technologies and design, install, configure, and test server operating systems, networks, and hardware. Respond to incidents, perform routine maintenance including backups and patch management, and optimize system capacity for upgrades. Participate in short-term project planning with stakeholders, analyze operational metrics, and follow change management procedures to resolve escalated issues. Work typical hours Monday through Friday, with potential availability for on-call rotation to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years or more experience with system administration and security and systems such as; O365, Nutanix, VMWare, Citrix, Commvault and Windows Infrastructure
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Cloud Platform & Infrastructure
- VMware Certified Professional
- Citrix Certification
- 15% travel
- Must be able to work between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Must be able to work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
- Customer service orientation
