BT System Engineer III

Maintain, monitor, and support servers, storage, virtual environments, cloud platforms, and backup infrastructure while ensuring system security and performance. Execute routine maintenance tasks including backups, patch management, and health checks; deploy new technologies and perform testing of server operating systems, networks, and hardware. Monitor system capacity for uptime, availability, and resource utilization, then recommend upgrades or remediation. Troubleshoot escalated production issues, follow change management procedures, and document all modifications. Participate in short-term project planning with stakeholders and attend vendor meetings to define solution implementation plans.
