Job Summary
Teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis principles while directly supporting their communication and early learning goals. Effectively communicate progress updates to families and work with the treatment team to track session data. Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities and model professional appearance and attitudes. Requires a Registered Behavior Technician credential, high school diploma, and successful background clearance. Full-time position in Austin, TX, offering health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Successful background clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Enthusiasm for working with children
- Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
