Job Summary
Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Autism Clinic to teach children with ASD using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Communicate progress effectively with families/guardians. Collaborate with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals. Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities. The role emphasizes applying ABA techniques, documenting data, and supporting children aged 2–8 in a non-profit clinical setting. Must have HS diploma or equivalent and pass background clearance; RBT credential preferred. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits in Huntsville, AL.
Required Qualifications
