Job Summary
Teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis principles to help them achieve individualized communication and early learning goals. Effectively communicate with families and guardians regarding their child's progress while working with the treatment team to track session data. Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities for children ages 2–8. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Successful background clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Enthusiasm for working with children
